Shipping policy

All Cable House orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.


Orders are packed and shipped by us via Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery and secure packaging.


We offer free tracked shipping Australia-wide on all orders.


Delivery typically takes around one week from dispatch, depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.


All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.


If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@cablehouse.com.au and we’ll follow it up with Australia Post.


While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control, we will always do our best to assist and keep you updated.


Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to update delivery details.


At this stage, we only ship within Australia. We may introduce international shipping in the future.
