Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase and contact us within this timeframe.
If you change your mind, we’re happy to accept returns for items that are unused and unopened. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. This does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, does not match the description, or doesn’t function as intended, please get in touch with us. Send through your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where possible. We’ll assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Charging performance can vary depending on the device being used, the power adapter, and the cable length or specifications. If something doesn’t seem right, reach out and we’ll help you work through it.
All Cable House products are backed by a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be faulty within this period, we will provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use with faulty or non compliant third party devices or chargers.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
